Becky joined Vine Dahlen in 1991, and became the Firm Administrator in 1997. She received her professional human resource designation in 2005, after more than thirteen years of providing human resource and business administrative consulting services. She is very active in the local community, and currently serves as the Treasurer for the Snohomish County Human Resource Association, affiliated with SHRM, and also is on the board of the Association of Accounting Administrators - WA State Chapter.
