Becky joined Vine Dahlen in 1991, becoming the Firm Administrator in 1997. She received her professional human resource designation in 2005, after more than thirteen years of providing human resource and business administrative consulting services. She is very active in the local community, and currently serves as the Secretary/Treasurer for the Snohomish County Human Resource Association, SHRM.
