Lisa M McKeirnanLisa McKeirnan, CPA
Currently the managing member of Vine Dahlen, Lisa joined our firm in 1986 and became a member in 1997. She is a 1985 graduate of the University of Washington with a B.A. in Business Administration, Accounting Concentration. Lisa has significant audit and assurance experience with construction contractors, distributors, manufacturers, not-for-profit organizations, professional services, retail and wholesale trade companies. Lisa is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Washington Society of Certified Public Accountants where she served on the WSCPA finance committee for over five years. She has also served the community in many ways, most recently as a board advisory panelist for the Lynnwood Public Facilities District and as treasurer of the Stevens Hospital Foundation.

Thomas J OverThomas Over, CPA, CFP, PFS
Tom joined Vine Dahlen in 1992 and became a member in 1994. Prior to Vine Dahlen, he worked with Ernst and Young in Chicago and Seattle. Tom is a 1984 graduate of the University of Notre Dame, with a B.A. in Business Administration. He is a tax consultant and provider of compliance services tailored to meet the diverse needs of closely-held businesses and their related owners and key employees in a variety of industries, such as: manufacturing, retail and wholesale, real estate, professional services, and construction. Tom is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Washington Society of Certified Public Accountants. He is also active in the local community as Treasurer of the Pacific Little League and as Finance Committee Chair of Holy Rosary.

Scott B MinnigScott Minnig, CPA, MPAcc(Tax)
Scott joined our firm in 1999, and became a member in 2003. Scott is a 1994 graduate of the University of Washington, with a B.A. in Business Administration, Accounting Concentration, and a Master of Professional Accounting (Taxation Concentration), in 2001. Scott is a tax consultant and provider of compliance services tailored to meet the diverse needs of business and individuals, with significant state and local tax experience. He specializes in the following industries: manufacturing, retail and wholesale, real estate, professional services, construction as well as individuals and estates. Scott is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Washington Society of Certified Public Accountants and is currently Vine Dahlen’s representative for the International Association of Practicing Accountants. Scott is very active in the local community as a board member of the Alderwood-Terrace Rotary and the Lynnwood Parks and Recreation Foundation.

Stacy E. MinnigStacy Minnig, CPA, CFE
Stacy joined Vine Dahlen in 1997, and became a member in 2012. She is a graduate of Southern Oregon University with a B.A. in Business Administration, Accounting Concentration, and a minor in German. After graduation, she completed an accounting internship with a German corporation, Bad Nauheim, Germany. Stacy became a certified fraud examiner in 2005, and has significant experience working with companies to identify areas of concern and risk in their business. She specializes in the following industries: technology, distribution, retail and wholesale trade, professional services, health care, and not-for-profits. Stacy is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Washington Society of Certified Public Accountants and the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. Stacy has served on the Executive Board for the Washington State Women’s Public Links Association and is a member of the United Way of King County’s Audit Review Committee.

Becky MackenstadtBecky Mackenstadt, CPA, CMA
Becky has been with Vine Dahlen since 1997, and became a member in 2012. She is a graduate of Central Washington University with a B.S. in Accounting and a B.S. in Business Administration, Finance Concentration. Becky has significant audit experience with retail and wholesale trade companies, voluntary health and welfare organizations, health care organizations, foundations and cooperatives. She specializes in the following industries: construction contractors, retail and wholesale trade, not-for-profit, and manufacturing. She is very active in the Washington Society of Certified Public Accountants and the Institute of Management Accountants, and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. She currently serves as treasurer of United Way of Snohomish County.
